Terms and conditions
These terms govern bookings and stays at Queltehues Concept Camp. By making a booking, you accept these terms, our camp rules and our cancellation policy.

This is a translation provided for your convenience. In case of any difference, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Who we are
Queltehues Concept Camp is run by Queltehues Concept Camp SpA, RUT 78.486.239-9, located at Sector La Boca km 8.8, Buchupureo, Cobquecura, Ñuble Region, Chile.

2. Bookings
Bookings are made through this website. The person booking must be 18 or older and is responsible for the details entered being correct and for making sure everyone in their group knows and respects these terms and the camp rules.
Your booking is confirmed once we receive the deposit: instantly if you pay with Webpay Plus, or when we verify your bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer, your spot is held for 24 hours while we wait for the payment: if it doesn't arrive in that time, the booking is released.
Each site takes a maximum of 6 people, not counting babies. The base rate includes 1 or 2 people; each additional adult or child has an extra cost.
3. Prices and payments
Prices are in Chilean pesos (CLP), vary by season (high or low) and the prices charged when you book include VAT (IVA). Children aged 4 to 12 pay the child rate; under 3s stay free.
You can pay a 50% deposit or 100% of the stay. Paying with Webpay Plus (debit and credit cards) has a 3% payment gateway fee, added to the amount you pay. The balance is paid at the camp, in cash, by bank transfer or by card.
Your card details are processed by Transbank: Queltehues never receives or stores them.
4. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 1:00 pm and check-out is until 12:00 noon. If you need to arrive earlier or leave later, ask us beforehand: it depends on availability and has no extra cost.
When you arrive, the host on duty will show you to your site. Vehicles may enter the campsite only for loading and unloading, unless they're where you sleep; the rest of the time they must stay in the parking area.
5. Cancellations and changes
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our cancellation policy, published on this website.
You can change your booking dates at no cost, subject to availability, with 4 or more days' notice. If you reduce the number of nights with less than 4 days' notice, the cancellation policy applies to the nights removed.
Refunds are processed in less than 48 hours: by cancelling the charge in Webpay whenever Transbank allows it or, if not possible, by bank transfer. Refunds by bank transfer don't include the 3% payment gateway fee.
If, due to force majeure (for example heavy rain, road closures, natural disasters or other emergencies), it's not possible to get to the camp or for us to host you, we'll look at each case with good judgment to find the best solution, such as rescheduling your stay or refunding what you paid.
6. Living together and use of the facilities
All guests must respect the camp rules: quiet hours, use of the fire pit, recycling, and care of the shared spaces and the river.
Queltehues is pet friendly. Whoever brings a pet is responsible for its behavior and any damage it may cause.
Damage caused to the facilities by a guest, their group or their pets must be paid for by the person who made the booking. In the event of serious breaches of the rules, Queltehues may ask those responsible to leave the camp, without a refund.
7. Liability
Each guest is responsible for their belongings: Queltehues is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal items.
Use of the river, the kayak, the play area and the other facilities is at each guest's own risk. Minors must always be supervised by a responsible adult.
8. Personal data
We use the data you give us (name, email, phone, date of birth if you enter it in your account) only to manage your bookings, contact you about your stay and, if you create an account, for your history and loyalty card. We'll only send you news if you subscribe.
We don't sell or share your data with third parties, except for the providers needed to run the service (payments, email delivery and website hosting). We process your data in accordance with Chilean personal data protection law.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to reservas@queltehuescamp.cl. How we handle it is detailed in our privacy policy (queltehuescamp.cl/en/privacy-policy).
9. Website content
The photographs, texts, illustrations and other content on this website belong to Queltehues Concept Camp or their authors, and may not be used without permission.
10. Changes to these terms and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this website at the time of your booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, including Law No. 19.496 on Consumer Rights Protection.
